Do free plans ever expire?
No. Free plans are free forever — no time limit, no credit card required to sign up.
How does annual billing work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront and save around 20% compared to monthly. Your plan renews once a year.
Can I mix and match products?
Yes. Each product is priced independently. You can be on Dekipi Nova Plus, use Docs for free, and subscribe to Weather Plus - all under one account.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider. Depending on where you're purchasing from, you may have a statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal (this period varies by country). Outside of those rights, Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of your purchase.
