By accessing or using any Dekipi product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of Dekipi products, including Dekipi Nova, Dekipi Docs, Dekipi News, Dekipi Search, and Dekipi Weather.

You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services to engage in illegal activity; to harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others; to distribute spam, malware, or malicious content; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you create an account with Dekipi, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of Dekipi products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Umisto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the services to you.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share using our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Dekipi Nova uses AI to generate content. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should verify any important information independently before relying on it.

AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of any AI-generated content before using it professionally or commercially.

Dekipi offers several payment models to suit different product needs:

Subscriptions: recurring plans (monthly or annual) that renew automatically and grant access to a defined set of features.

Prepaid Balance: discrete, non-recurring payments made to credit your account with a defined monetary balance, which is subsequently applied against eligible service charges as they are incurred.

Metered Usage: variable charges levied in addition to any applicable subscription fee, calculated on the basis of actual consumption during the relevant billing period. A base allowance may be included within your plan, with consumption exceeding that allowance billed at the applicable overage rate as set out in the relevant order or pricing schedule.

We will provide advance notice of any changes to pricing.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record and are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy. You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, or within 14 days of each subscription renewal date. This 14-day right does not apply to metered usage charges for capacity or credits that have already been consumed. Refunds are processed by Paddle using the original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive to maintain high availability for all our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umisto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umisto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our products at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
